Your $6,500 venue rental includes exclusive use of the barn and waterfront event space, tables, chairs and linens for up to 120 guests, climate-controlled restroom facilities, signature farm furnishings, table and chair setup, and parking.

Celebrations can accommodate up to 175 guests with additional seating available.

Enjoy Friday afternoon access to bring your vision together, a full day on Saturday to celebrate, and Sunday morning access for final cleanup. We'll have your included tables and chairs arranged according to your approved layout before you arrive.

Exchange vows overlooking the Patuxent River, celebrate inside the barn with its doors open to the waterfront lawn, and use designated areas throughout Cage Farm for wedding-day portraits.
